Mike Lombard, born in 1972, has been a painter since 1989, having grown up among the works of artists from his family (grandson of Alma BALET [painter] great grandson of Edgar GEVAERT [painter] and great great grandson by George MINNE [sculptor], he was naturally drawn to drawing from an early age, it was in 1992, after a few years of graphic design studies in advertising, that he chose to embark on painting, after trips to India, Mexico, Canada, moved by new inspirations, he continues his journey of exploration through different creative periods, discovering new pictorial sensations in constant evolution.

For years, he has been parodying the great classics of painting with a very particular sense of dentition.
